Directions
  • Each concept is assigned a color. Words in the puzzle are based on definitions.
  • For example, Prefixes opposes Suffixes...Prefixes are to be colored green and Sufffixes are to be colored blue. The words buried in the maze are redo, churches, patched, unlatch, hats etc. The child must first decide what the word has, whether it is a prefix or a suffix and then must color-code it accordingly...
  • No letters of any words should overlap so each word should be easily distinguishable...easy for the children to see...easy for the teacher to check....

......Now your children can quiz themselves by searching for the correct word in a puzzle! Perfect for quiet time and as individual worksheets, let our Wordsearches help your child develop their grammar, math, and usage vocabulary! This can be a partner activity...a class activity on the overhead...a test....worksheet or simply fun for the whole family!!!
